These directories provide a growing collection of juvenile and adult pre-arrest and deflection programs and activities across the State of Florida. The Florida State Department of Juvenile Justice makes Juvenile Civil Citation available for all 20 circuits and their inherent 67 counties. While there may be some community-specific differences, all of the counties have implemented Juvenile Civil Citation programs except for these fiscally constrained counties:
