Addressing Legal Issues in Youth Diversion: A Toolkit

In 2019, CJP received a grant from the Annie E. Casey Foundation and the Liberty Hill Foundation to support its work with the Youth Diversion and Development (YDD) division of Los Angeles County’s Office of Diversion and Re-Entry. YDD coordinates the County’s first pre-arrest and pre-booking diversion program.
