The Equity and Inclusion Assessment Tool (EIAT)

The Equity and Inclusion Assessment Tool (EIAT) developed by the National Association of Drug Court Professionals is designed to assist drug courts in making these determinations. This tool calculates the likelihood of transitioning from one stage of processing to the next in a given drug court, based on demographic characteristics and may be useful for collecting deflection data as well.
