States Commit to Comprehensive Juvenile Legal System Reforms

From 2013 to 2018, eight states­—Georgia, Hawaii, Kansas, Kentucky, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia-passed expansive legislation to improve youth justice systems with the support of Pew’s public safety performance project.
